Due to the personalized nature of these dresses, returns and exchanges are not possible. On the other hand, our ready-to-wear dresses are available in limited sizes, and exchanges are permissible in the event of an incorrect size or item being sent. Rest assured, our skilled craftsmen, each with over a decade of experience, meticulously craft our dresses according to the precise measurements and additional alteration requirements you provide. To accommodate potential fluctuations in size, we leave extra inches of fabric in the seam area. As most of our products are bespoke and made-to-measure, returns are only applicable in the rare instance of a defective product upon receipt.
